Adult Ballet @ Malling Community Centre
A classic ballet class which has been created for adults of any age with or without previous experience of ballet. Most injuries/physical limitations are also taken into consideration during the class which can often be a barrier to people exercising.
There is lots of evidence showing dance to be a wonderful form of exercise for a variety of conditions and for improving your mental well being.
Ballet will improve your balance and posture, strengthen your muscles and maintain or improve bone density as all exercises are weight bearing.

16:45 - 17:15 Term 4 Starts Tuesday 20th February until Tuesday 20th March 2024
Early Years Dance Classes @ Ringmer Community College
Dance classes for children aged 2-5years, aiming to:
- foster new physical skills such as mobility, balance, coordination and control
- enhance movement memory and expressive capabilities
- develop creativity and confidence through the use of props and music
- develop fine and gross motor skills in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment
- allow children to experiment with and perform ideas of their own, all whilst singing and dancing to music they will love!

FREE initial taster sessions at any point through the term.

For all preschool children and those in reception at school.

17:30 - 18:30 10 week course from 9th January - 19th March 2024 No class during February half term (13th February)
Youth Contemporary Dance @ Ringmer Community College
Youth Contemporary Dance classes start back Tuesday 9th January for all those aged 6-18yrs.
Junior/Inter classes are for all aged 6-11years focusing on technique, creativity and performance skills in contemporary dance.
Senior classes are for those aged 12-18 and work well alongside GCSE, Alevel and BTEC level dance.

Free taster sessions available.

Men's somatic mindful and therapeutic yoga, functional movement, breathwork and meditation. Small class in my home yoga studio in the village of Firle, outside of Lewes. Parking available outside. Booking essential as space limited to 6. I have 20 years experience in teaching yoga, am a certified embodiment coach and functional kinesiologist.
