Barcombe Bootcamp (Adult Crossfit-style Fitness)




Adult fitness classes at Barcombe Recreation Ground, following CrossFit methodology and safe and effective body-weight exercises. Classes encompass cardio, strength and mobility and are ideal for those wanting to lose weight, improve health, accomplish better performance or achieve a particular goal. Sessions work for all ages and abilities, from complete beginners, or those recovering from injury to those who have been exercising for years! No matter your current fitness level, movement exercises can be adapted to meet your individual needs.

Led by Rachael or Jess, these mixed ability classes run three times a week and are full of open minded and friendly people!
To attend a class, just turn up! No need to book but please bring an exercise mat and bottle of water with you.

Mondays and Wednesdays 9-9:45am
Saturdays 8-8:45am
Barcombe Recreation Ground (whatever the weather!)
