Adults dance class - Solo Latin in line

19:00 - 20:30 Please contact to ensure it is a class night, although the class runs regularly, it is advised to call ahead to ensure the session is running and not on break.

All the fun of Latin, ballroom and swing dancing.. without partners!
Learn many styles such as cha cha, jive, salsa, rumba, samba, bachata, waltz, charleston, east and west coast swing and many more in this incredibly modern twist on Latin line dancing.
Perfect for those who just love to dance!

This class is suited to all abilities. Come along and join in as many of the levels as you wish for �7;
7-7.30pm Beginner
7.30-8pm Improver level
8-8.30pm Advanced.

Adult Ballet

10:00 - 11:00

A classic ballet class which has been created for adults of any age with or without previous experience of ballet. Most injuries/physical limitations are also taken into consideration during the class which can often be a barrier to people exercising.
There is lots of evidence showing dance to be a wonderful form of exercise for a variety of conditions and for improving your mental well being.
Ballet will improve your balance and posture, strengthen your muscles and maintain or improve bone density as all exercises are weight bearing.
