For almost a decade, our spirited Saturday members have developed a keener understanding of self whilst creating their own unique multi-media productions and participating in different types of productions.

This group is ideal for all aged 11 to 17 who wish to pursue the performing arts. We meet during school term-time from 10:45am to 12:30pm at the Kings Church Centre in Lewes.

As part of their journey into the world of performing arts, our brilliant members can participate in stage productions as well as enjoy games and prepare for exams at their own pace or according to timelines as set by Trinity College and LAMDA.
At Lewes Drama Collective, we help individuals of all ages and all walks of life build confidence, work on unique and traditional plays and make new friends. Through didactic drama games and creative production participation, we guide each member to be imaginative whilst learning:
– character analysis and development
– vocal training
– improvisation
– movement and interpretation
– breathing techniques
– scene study
– team work
– self-esteem
