Our baby massage courses are structured in 5 week blocks of 1 hour sessions and cost £47.50.
Baby massage offers benefits to both babies and parents /carers, from bonding, easing colic symptoms to improving sleep!
In our small class settings everyone is welcome; parents, carers, grandparents, nanny's and each for each booking 2 adults are welcome to join with babies. For twins, you only need to pay for one baby and you are welcome to bring along a spare pair of hands! All courses are run in beautiful venues across Sussex.
Our courses offer something different, a course with a sequence of massage techniques and tips that you can practise at home, a booklet to help you to remember the sequence and short sequences specific to colic, constipation and much more! We also offer relaxation tips and techniques for the masseuse (that's you!) as for a baby to feel calm and relaxed they need to feel this from the person whom is massaging them.
Organic Sunflower Oil, baby massage mats, and towels are all provided at each session. Additional oil and massage mats to practise at home will be available to purchase during the session, or please email if you would like to have something delivered.

10:00 - 12:00 Monthly
Monthly Women's Shakti Circle @ 8a Laughton Lodge, Common Lane, Laughton
Monthly on a Thursday, 10-12am, £13, bring vegetarian lunch to share afterwards.

The women's temple offers a fluid approach to yoga/being in circle especially designed for women, which honours our monthly cycle and deep womanly wisdom. We may explore practices including yoga for women, breathwork, yoga nidra, meditation, menstrual cycle wisdom, sound and mudra (gesture). At other times, we may be guided to be in nature, simply share from the heart or spend some in silence. Each week will be different depending on what Love is asking us to be with.

By coming together in this way, we awaken the power of Shakti (the creative feminine life force), opening, trusting & connecting deeply to the collective wisdom of woman, and rediscover what it is to be in our feminine essence - free, wild, cyclical, flowing, natural, intuitive and loving.

In offering yourself this time, you will learn to receive yourself fully, connect with the different seasons of your cycle, your womanhood and radically transform your relationship with yourself and others. This class is suitable for all women. Pregnant women and babes in arms welcome.

Please visit www.wombsong.weebly.com for more about awakening the Feminine and the work with women or www.sacredhearth.net for all my offerings. See schedule for class times.

Drama club for adults @ Southover Church Hall
This club is designed as a fun, sociable and creative weekly activity, starting on 18th January 2018. It's not an acting class, it's not a team building exercise - it is for people who enjoy expressing themselves creatively and want to be with others that feel the same way. In our busy lives it’s good to take time out and treat yourself. We will roll together gentle, relaxing warm up exercises with fun improvisation games. The idea is to leave feeling happy, relaxed and to take away ideas and approaches you may want to incorporate in your everyday life.
