Qi Gong




Qi gong (or chi gong as its pronounced,) means energy or breath work and is part of the Chinese health tradition.
Similar to Tai chi but much easier, Qi gong is Soft, slow, gentle movement designed to create mental and physical relaxation, promote good health, improve balance, and build bone density.
There are so many benefits to this amazing meditation in movement.
I have been practicing for nearly 20 years and teaching for 10.
Come down and try it out!
